In this view， a real successful people， and he must experienced numerous times to stand up again and agin after failed， because without sweat and tears on the life road ，no one can casually get the beautiful flowers. Alfter a heavy fall Shi Tiesheng lost his legs， it must be a heavy blow for anyone. But he didn't lose faith in life， but use his brain and hands to show the infinite love of life;
Beethoven was blind and deaf， but he still had written the "Hero""Destiny"nd so on a large number of music works， in his unfortunately life， he doggedly gripped the "fate of the throat. They all had a fall， but they are strong enough to stand up， fight against fate and misfortune， finally they succeed. So for each of us， wrestling is not terrible， lose confidence and courage in life is the most terribe thing. All in all， the sweat and tears on the struggling road is inevitable， don’t look for shortcuts anymore， steadfast walk every step， we will succeed in the end.

my name is __，22 years old， born in __ province。 It is really a great honor to have this opportunity for an interview， I would like to answer whatever you may raise， and I hope I can make a good performance today! Now I will introduce myself briefly by three aspects: Strength; Weakness and Achievements!
Strength:
I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done。 I feel a real sense of acplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned。 I’ve set some high goals for myself。 For example， I want to graduate with highest scores。 And at last， I bee one of the outstanding graduates in Chong Qing University after a lot of study。 Besides， I am good at building mathematical models and analyzing questions with economic methods。
Weakness:
I'm such a perfectionist that I will not stop until a job is well done。
Achievements: I had acquired the first prize by designing models on Mathematical modeling in 20__; besides， I had help my teachers to analyze the Warrant pricing by varieties methods。
I’m convinced that I can go farther and make greater contribution for my country by careful process of learning， please give me this chance to study in this great university---LiGong University! Personally， for today's China， the foundation of the development of Economic is the advancement of transportation equipment。 That’s to say， we should do our best to make contribution to improve our transportation equipment to ensure the development of Economic。

i am very excited and feel it's a great honor to stand here to deliver my speech。 what i'm going to talk about is “choice in my life”
i can still remember the first time i failed in a singing contest。 i immediately ran to my grandma， shedding lots of tears of course! i cried loudly and could hardly utter a word!
then， badly needed forting words and touch came from grandma。 i gradually regained my sense of pride and a sensible control of my feelings。 yet， head down， i said: “grandma， i have no choice， and i have to give up， right?” “look at me， my dear!”she said gently。 i looked up， straight into her eyes。 what i saw was a shining， sweet， and loving stream from the bottom of her heart! then， there came the gentle voice of hers: “no， no， no…” her head shaking， while eyes smiling。 “why don't you give more attention to the details?” she continued。
no other words were needed any more! i started practicing and rehearsing once again， paying special attention to those little things that i used to ignore。 as a consequence， my overall performance was quickly elevated to a new high! without much trouble， in another singing contest held months later， i won!
what do i learn from this experience? never give up lightly! life's full of opportunities， and lots of them! to realize your dreams and fulfill your potential， you must learn to work hard and smart and steer your lifeboat wisely! as a li ling's sportswear mercial goes “everything is possible!” but not without sweat， devotion， and tears sometimes!
life is a long journey， during which we are surely going to face many challenges， experience lots of failures， and equally， many opportunities are waving to us， while sweet rewards are waiting for us! to transform these opportunities into fruitful results， or turn those challenges and failures into valuable assets， we must learn to seize the good ones and not to retreat lightly in front of difficulties。

As everyone knows，English is very important today。It has been used everywhere in the world。It has bee the most mon language on Internet and for international trade。 If we can speak English well，we will have more chance to succeed。Because more and more people have taken notice of it，the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed。
But for myself，I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness，but also because of my love for it。When I learn English， I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world。When I read English novels，I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation。When I speak English， I can feel the confident from my words。When I write English，I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese。。。
I love English，it gives me a colorful dream。I hope I can travel around the world one day。 With my good English， I can make friends with many people from different contries。I can see many places of GREat interests。I dream that I can go to London，because it is the birth place of English。
I also want to use my good English to introduce our GREat places to the English spoken people，I hope that they can love our country like us。
I know， Rome was not built in a day。 I believe that after continuous hard study， one day I can speak English very well。
If you want to be loved， you should learn to love and be lovable。 So I believe as I love English everyday ， it will love me too。

When I was young，I always dreamed that I lived in a beautiful country。 There were many flowers and trees around our city。We counld hear the birds singing and see the children dancing。 The streets were clear and the the air was very fresh! So I think we should do something to protect our environment。 Everyone should make a contribution to protect the environment。

Have you ever thrown any litter onto the ground?Have you ever drawn pictures on public walls?Have you ever spat in a public place?Have you ever cut down trees?If your answers are "No"，it means that you have already helped protect our environment。
It is our duty to keep our envionment clean and tidy。 You might ask yourself，"Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin?Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?Have I ever planted any trees or flowers in or near my neighbourhood?"If your answers are"Yes"，it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment。
